Conner Goodhart is the founder of Goodhart Marketing, a brand built on creativity, strategy, and results. Based in Moorhead, Minnesota, Conner helps businesses and personal brands grow through clear messaging, authentic storytelling, and digital strategies that drive real results.
With a background in sales, automotive management, and digital media, Conner understands how strong marketing connects with audiences and converts attention into action. His experience inspired the launch of Goodhart Marketing, a creative hub designed to help local businesses, dealerships, and entrepreneurs build their voice and stand out in a competitive market.
As an upcoming graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Marketing, Conner combines business insight with creative direction to deliver thoughtful, results-oriented campaigns. Outside of marketing, he enjoys working on cars, developing creative side projects, and finding inspiration over a good burger and fries.

Ian McManus supports campaign efforts through hands-on brand activation, market research, and local outreach. His role focuses on identifying trends, gathering real-world feedback, and increasing brand visibility through grassroots promotion and community engagement.
He is a graduate of North Dakota State College of Science, where he earned an Associate of Applied Science degree with a focus in Electrical Technology. His education emphasized practical, hands-on learning across residential and industrial systems, as well as collaborative project experience through the NDSCS electrical club.
In addition to his technical background, Ian brings experience from field-based and operational roles that value coordination, reliability, and execution. He contributes creative input, supports campaign development, and offers an on-the-ground perspective that helps ensure ideas translate effectively into real-world results.

Lucia Walczak is a results-driven creative with a strong foundation in technology and communication. A graduate of North Dakota State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Lucia blends technical expertise with a people-first mindset — an approach that allows her to understand clients’ needs and turn them into effective, data-backed marketing solutions.
Her background in management, customer service, and social services has shaped her into an adaptable, organized, and detail-oriented professional. As a remote campaign manager operating out of North Branch, MN, Lucia applies her analytical thinking and creative problem-solving to deliver marketing strategies that connect, engage, and drive real results.
Brand Representative & Content Presenter
Sarah Petersen serves as an on-camera brand representative, helping businesses connect with audiences through engaging short-form video content. She acts as the face and voice behind scripted campaigns, delivering clear, confident messaging that brings brand personalities to life across platforms such as TikTok and Reels.
She studied Early Childhood Education at North Dakota State College of Science, where she developed strong communication skills, adaptability, and an understanding of how to engage different audiences effectively. Her educational background supports her ability to present information in a relatable, approachable, and authentic way.
With a natural on-camera presence and attention to detail, Sarah helps transform marketing concepts into content that feels genuine and engaging. Her ability to represent multiple brands while maintaining consistency and professionalism plays an important role in strengthening digital visibility and audience connection.
